| Thank you so very
much for a wonderful trip through the Western United States
and Canada. All your expert photography lessons
made for some extraordinary photo results! I think that one
of my favorite lessons was the use of lens filters, especially
the polarizer. The rainbow effects achieved when photographing
the magnificent Yosemite waterfalls were outstanding.
Additionally, your artistic eye in action, taught me how to
take photos from various vantage points for the optimum angle
to truly feel the awesome scene. Also, I never was quite sure
how to achieve the soft blurring water fall effects. The result
certainly adds to the mood of the photo. And I would be remiss
if I did not mention the simple use of the tripod and its major
advantages - how else could you have captured that beautiful
moon rise shot! The list is endless.
I guess that the real test is how others respond to my photos.
The best compliment of all is to see the joy light up in their
eyes and that they can feel what I was trying to capture. I
could not have done it without all your expert help, advice,
and patience. Not to mention, your terrific sense of humor
made learning a ton of fun! I speak for all of us in the group
when I say, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I look
forward to using your services again in the future!
